Terms and Conditions.
These terms explain how website and digital project discussions are handled by BORINGG APPS.
Scope of services
BORINGG APPS may provide website planning, static websites, app landing pages, ecommerce planning, project pages, lead forms, SEO basics, deployment support and digital system work depending on the agreed scope.
Quotation and project summary
A final quotation depends on pages, design depth, content readiness, backend work, integrations, timeline and revision requirements. A written project summary should clarify what is included before work begins.
Advance and payment terms
Payment terms are discussed after the basic requirement is understood. Do not assume backend, ecommerce, booking, payment gateway or dashboard work is included unless it is written in the agreed scope.
Client content responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate business details, logo, contact information, photos, product or service details, legal text, pricing and policy information where needed. Project timelines may be affected if content is delayed.
Revision limits
Revision scope must be defined before starting. Corrections to agreed pages are different from new pages, new features, major design direction changes or backend additions.
Timeline dependency
Timelines depend on content readiness, approvals, technical complexity, integrations and communication speed. Urgent delivery may require separate discussion.
Domain and hosting responsibility
Domain and hosting ownership should remain clear with the client unless another arrangement is agreed. Hosting, DNS and email setup can involve third-party providers.
Third-party tools
Payment gateways, analytics, app stores, hosting providers, plugins, APIs and third-party platforms are subject to their own terms and charges.
Maintenance and support
Support after launch depends on the project scope or maintenance plan agreed. Ongoing changes, new pages, content updates and bug fixes may be quoted separately.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation or refund handling depends on the stage of work, time spent, assets prepared and terms agreed before project start.
Intellectual property
Final ownership of website files, text, design assets and custom code should be clarified in the project scope. Client-provided materials remain the responsibility of the client.
Limitation of liability
BORINGG APPS is not responsible for losses caused by third-party outages, hosting failures, client-provided inaccurate information, delayed content or unsupported changes made after handover.
